New York Sales Associate
MAYLÁN Skincare® is currently looking to expand to new markets and seeks an energetic, results orientated commission based salesperson with a proven track record generating and increasing sales via retail and health and beauty store channels. We develop, produce, and sell a luxury line of skincare products specially designed for sensitive skin. Our products are made from the highest quality ingredients using the most advanced technology available. Our products are currently available online, and at 2 retail locations. Management, R&D, and production is based in Chicago, while strategy and marketing is based in New York.
Selected Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform research on cosmeceutical skincare cream market at retail and health and beauty stores
•Develop and maintain relationships with target retail and health and beauty stores by visiting and introducing the product
•Promote the product via other channels, including promotional events, trade shows, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
•2-3 years of experience in independently generating sales leads
•Experience with customer service and meeting sales goals
•Dependable, able to work independently, highly motivated, and energetic
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized and detailed oriented
Compensation:
Commission based with small stipend. Based on experience.
